This recipe is perfect for when you want cinnamon rolls but don't have the time or ingredients to make them from scratch.
- White bread slices
- Butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cut the crust off your slices of bread.
Roll out the bread to smush it and make it thinner. If you don't have a rolling pin you can also use a clean glass jar to smush each slice.
Brush the melted butter on both sides of the bread.
Sprinkle one side with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Fold the bread in half like a triangle.
Step 7:Place on a cookie sheet to bake in the oven. Sprinkle more cinnamon sugar on top.
Step 8:Bake until golden brown - about 15 to 20 minutes. Once they are finished, whip up a mixture of powdered sugar and water or milk to make icing and drizzle over the warm cinnamon toast.
